I'm a licensed Naturopathic Doctor with a clinical focus in fertility, pregnancy and postpartum care. I offer 1:1 care virtually to anyone living in Ontario, Canada, or in-person locally in the west end of Toronto.
I help you move from confused and overwhelmed by information, to clear and confident on how to get pregnant and have a healthy pregnancy. As a Naturopathic Doctor, my goal is to help you feel empowered with the information you need to make decisions about your healthcare on your journey to motherhood. I’ve worked with hundreds of women to help identify concerns with respect to their fertility and pregnancy health, run necessary lab testing, and create treatment plans to help them get pregnant and have a healthy pregnancy.

I'm a mom of 2 and a Naturopathic Doctor. My mission as an ND is to make healthy living and feeling well simple, realistic and sustainable. My goal is to ensure that my patients feel supported and empowered to make simple changes in their lives that support their overall health despite leading busy and active lives (yes, even with a baby, or two, running around!) Clinically, my focus is in women's health, fertility, pregnancy and postpartum care. When I’m not wearing my ND-hat, I love adventuring through life with my family, a warm homecooked meal, travelling, arugula (seriously, it’s my favourite leafy green), kitchen dance parties, red wine in moderation, and a perfectly brewed cup of pour-over coffee.
