My mission as a Naturopathic Doctor is to make healthy living and feeling well simple, realistic and sustainable. My goal is to ensure that my patients feel supported and empowered to make simple changes in their lives that support their overall health despite leading busy and active lives. Clinically, my focus is in women's health, fertility, pregnancy and postpartum care. I help women to restore balance in their hormonal systems, improve their fertility, get pregnant (if that's what they want right now!), and overall feel awesome during their pregnancies and beyond. I also have a special interest in natural approaches to anxiety and post-concussion syndrome. To learn more about my treatment style and about Naturopathic Medicine, check out the Work With Me page.

Where I Am
I work in Toronto, ON. It was in this eclectic and diverse city where I was born and raised, and I feel privileged to still call it home. I love the vibrant neighbourhoods, the easy access to parks and trails, the variety of restaurants and coffee shops that offer healthy alternatives, the farmer's markets, and, well... I could go on for probably forever but I'll save you. Take home point: I love the city, and I believe you can feel well amongst the hustle and bustle of it all.
My Education & Credentials
I am a graduate of the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine, where I earned my post-graduate degree in Naturopathic Medicine. I completed internships at both the Robert Schad Naturopathic Clinic in Toronto and the Brampton Naturopathic Teaching Clinic, located in the Brampton Civic Hospital (the first naturopathic clinic within a hospital in Canada!) Prior to this, I spent four great years at the University of Guelph where I earned my Honours Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Sciences. I am licensed with the College of Naturopaths of Ontario (CONO). I am a member of the Ontario Association of Naturopathic Doctors (OAND) and the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors (CAND).
Things I Love
My incredible family, the team of really cool people I work with, a warm homecooked meal, travelling, Canada, squash (the sport and the vegetable), dancing, local red wine in moderation, and a perfectly brewed cup of pour-over coffee (sometimes with a bit of coconut oil & grass-fed butter, #brainfood).
